A couple of weeks ago, we wrapped up the first quarter of the year. I hope things are going well for you in 2015 so far!
What I wanted to do today is ask everyone to think back to any goals you may have committed to as part of New Year’s Resolutions.
Unfortunately, statistics show the vast majority of resolutions don’t last past February 1st. I’m hoping we can change all that.
Therefore, today is being declared “Resolution Resurrection Day”!
If you wrote you resolutions down somewhere, dust them off, put them on the table and take a quick review. Now that winter has given up its grip on the Northeast, there is no better time to recommit to these vows. Guess what? That’s why I’m here!
If your goal is weight management and you need a meal plan to work from, please send me an email. I can help. If you told yourself you were going to get back to the gym and were looking for a workout or interval training routine, drop me a line. I can help. If you goal was to compete is a road race or complete a challenging hike, let me know. I can help!
If you failed miserably with any of your fitness, nutrition or lifestyle goals, please take two minutes and send me an email. I will immediately get back to you with a workout, meal plan or lifestyle recommendation to get you back on track.
Here is recommendation #1: Memorial Day is on Monday, May 25th. This is just under 6 weeks from today! This is an ideal length of time for a weight loss contest or any other type of fitness goal. Let’s get this done.
How would it feel to unveil a new body or just brag to family and friends about what you accomplished in just 6 weeks?
How good would it feel to actually DESTROY your weight loss goal in time for that barbeque?
You can do it!
There is no better time to resurrect your resolution!
But Art! I actual achieved my goal. Should I set a new one? OF COURSE! If you want some suggestions, let me know.
LET IT BE KNOW ACROSS THE LAND. SPREAD THE WORD FAR AND WIDE. TODAY IS “RESOLUTION RESURRECTION DAY” THROUGHOUT THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACH– USETTS!!!
What can you accomplish is less than 6 weeks.
You could astound yourself…
Committed to your health,
Art
