No More Assuming…
Having worked with clients for so long, and having written literally thousands of programs, I sometimes made incorrect assumptions about my clients level of understanding what I was putting together for them or – worse yet – the workouts I designed for them to do on their own.
It took me a while to catch on that I was even doing this, but eventually it dawned on me exactly what part I was neglecting.
As a result, I became a better trainer.
