There has been a LOT of scientific focus on the role of inflammation in the aging process.
Inflammation has been cited as a contributing factor in multiple disease conditions including: arthritis, diabetes, heart disease and even Alzheimer’s Disease.
Minimizing foods that cause inflammation should be important to ALL of us. Fortunately, it’s just not that hard. These is no need to research some bizarre combination of foods to reduce inflammation.
The easiest recommendation is this: Avoid processed carbs and stick with a Mediterranean Diet – which just so happens to be ranked as one of the healthiest diets on the planet! 🙂
