The Successful Aging Academy works with a full range of allied health professionals as part of a “patient-centric” effort to improve long-term patient health outcomes.

We position ourselves as the bridge between you and your patient for those times when they are not in your office; reinforcing the changes you need them to make by working side-by-side with them on a daily basis. We’ll work with you to impact your patient’s health and wellness utilizing safe, effective and proven systems.

Nutrition

The most successful nutritional approach is the one the patient will actually stick with. For this reason, we provide a wide range of meal plan options.

All of our nutritional plans, no matter what the objective, are designed by a Registered Dietician. Even when a patient chooses to utilize our exchange feature to substitute a food or food group, all the available options remain RD approved.

We understand that not all patients need to lose weight, but weight loss remains a major concern in our country today.

To date, using our coaching and meal planning expertise, SAA is responsible for well over 5,200 pounds of weight loss for our clients.

Strength & Fitness

We recognize that each individual’s abilities, strength levels, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning are unique to that person.

Therefore, our programs are tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

We have worked with professional athletes, as well as sedentary and obese individuals, and every level of fitness in between.

Our staff’s combined area of expertise extends to all of the following issues:
