Today I have put together a 3 minute – repeating routine on the treadmill.

Thanks to Yang’s Fitness Center for their help with this.

I personally use this routine now as part of my current “lean out”.  More importantly, I used this EXACT routine to train MMA fighter Will Santiago last year.  

Will came to me needing to lose 50 POUNDS IN 9 WEEKS!  Talk about pressure!

Well, he went from 225# to 175# in exactly 9 weeks and made his weight on fight day.
